You may return products within 7 days (from the date you receive the items) for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged.

If the products are damaged or have serious problems when you receive them (You need to provide us with evidence for our confirm), then we can give you a free return for exchange or a full refund. And the shipping cost is borne by us.
If you chose the wrong size,then you can return them to exchange the true size but not a refund. And the shipping cost of the replacement is not borne by us.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
